1956 Split Screen Minor Traveller (1098cc upgraded)

Then this Traveller that has arrived back at WRCC for a second time is worth a look.
She has been upgraded with 1098cc A series engine and ribbed gearbox as well as differential and disc brakes.
So you get the rarer striking looks of a splitty Traveller and the performance of a post 1964 model.

Exterior: The Minors Old English White bodywork is in lovely condition and draws attention to what is a very pretty car, her ash frame is in good condition as is the chrome work and trims on the car,
She has been upgraded with external sunvisor and 5.5″ wider wheels for a semi WRCC California Traveller look.

Underside: The underside of the Minor is nice and clean and free from rot or rust she has been stripped checked and recoated, there is no signs of any hidden nasties anywhere including engine and boot compartments,

Interior: The Minor has most of its original Maroon interior in place and it is very tidy indeed, the seats and carpets are in good condition.
She has had a new head liner fitted as well as gauges for temp and oil pressure, 12v socket and later more efficient heater.
Overall the cockpit of the car is a lovely clean place to be.

Mechanicals: The Minor has been upgraded with a 1098cc engine and ribbed box which both do their job well.
Disc brakes have been fitted for improved braking and an alternator for improved charging.
Making for a more reliable & useable 1950’s Minor.

Summary: As can be seen from the pictures and video this is a very tidy unique Minor Traveller that do not come along everyday, if you fancy something a little different then this is the Traveller for you.
